CEO

Shawn brings over 20 years of experience in the capital markets industry globally, holding key roles in finance, corporate development, and strategic planning. Previously, he has served as the CEO and CFO for several publicly listed companies and has worked closely with some of the largest independent auditing firms in Canada and the US.

CHRISTOPHER CHERRY

CFO

Christopher has over 20 years of corporate accounting and audit experience. He has extensive corporate experience and has held senior-level positions for several public mining companies, including director, CFO and secretary. Christopher is a chartered accountant as well as a certified general accountant. He has held positions with KPMG and Davidson and Co. LLP in Vancouver, where he gained experience as an auditor for junior public companies and as an initial public offering specialist.

The food distribution industry comes second-nature to Craig, whose family founded Trimpac Meats (sold to Sysco Food Services). He has dedicated his life to the industry and launched Legends Haul in 2018. Craig has extensive connections in distribution and logistics for direct-to-consumer businesses.

SCOTT REEVES

Director

Scott has 20+ years focused on securities, corporate finance, M&A and commercial transactions. In addition to serving on several TSX and TSX Venture exchange across multiple industries, Scott is also a partner at Tingle Merrett LLP in Calgary. He is Past Chairman and Member of the Canadian Bar Association, Calgary Bar and Law Society of Alberta.
